About EWB-ISU
History
The Engineers Without Borders student chapter at Iowa State University was established in 2008 and comprises approximately 100 students working to make the world a better place. In 2013, our chapter was paired with Ullo, a community in Northern Ghana. Since then, we have sent travel teams to Ullo during the summer and winter breaks to assess the community's needs, monitor current projects, and implement new projects. We are currently working on several projects in Ullo that will have a massive impact on the community. Information about these projects can be found under the projects section of the website.
